Gas cylinder connection for oven \ cooker

Gas is supplied to kitchen using cylinders. There is a gas cylinder storage cabinet outside the wall near the kitchen window. A fixed pipe connection is installed from the outside cylinder cabinet to the cooker area.

Available Cylinder sizes and Prices
Available cylinder sizes are 2kg, 5.5kg, 11kg, 22kg and 44kg. Latest prices for refill can be obtained from Emirates gas website
Note that for time first connection you'll have to supply cylinders or pay a deposit to get new cylinders
The storage space in the townhouses cylinder cabinet will fit two cylinders. The sizes are
4 bedroom
Two 22 kg medium-sized
3 bedroom
Two 11 kg cylinders
Or
One small 11kg and one medium 22kg cylinder
Both cylinders can be connected to the manifold using 30mbar Regulators. One cylinder out of the is turned off and kept as backup while the other is turned on and is the active one.
The switch located in kitchen the LPG safety valve can be switched on/off.

How to reset the LPG system after a power up?
After power up or restart the LPG system needs to be Reset.
1) Reset the first Prism unit in the gas cylinder storage area first by pressing the wake up RESET button momentarily.
2. There is a second Prism unit inside the Kitchen. It needs to be Reset after the outside Prism unit is ready.
3. The LPG shutoff switch can now be turned ON. The red light will start glowing once LPG system is ready.
